According to Dr. Garth Fisher, a former guest star on ‘Extreme Makeover’, the actress’ perfect apple-shaped face, lips, cheek structure and breasts made her an ideal cosmetic favourite.
“Scarlett has the ideal apple-shaped face – full in the cheek that tapers down at the jaw,” Fox News quoted him as saying.
The plastic surgeon further revealed that the ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ star had replaced former title-holder Pamela Anderson when it came to patients seeking cleavage perfection.
He said: “It used to be Pamela Anderson. But now women want smaller, more natural. C is the popular size.”
Other top Hollywood choices included “Angelina’s lips and eyes, and Halle’s eyes, nose and breasts” while Zac Efron's eyes and Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman’s angular jawlines were quite popular amongst men.
Dr. Pradeep Sinha of the Atlanta Institute for Facial Aesthetic Surgery, however, added that it was the celebrities depicted in a ‘positive light’ by the media that were the clear winners – regardless of how pretty or famous they were.
He said: “I don’t get requests for Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears. We tend to want to look like people who are seen in a positive light, not a negative one.”
